We need to have a dynamic page (?) that will bring up anyone of the 177 (on one of our CMS files) linked to a voter ID card (on page Gov 2 explains) to come up when a person puts in the coordinated Number will pull up 2 things. First who is currently in office and 2nd (on a separate CMS file not started yet) who is running against them. 

The page that needs to be created must have 5 categories right now. They are: 

1) Congressional

2) Senatorial

3) Representative

4) Judicial

5) Co. Board
